Dr. Lindsay Metivier PT, DPT, ACSM-EP
My name is Dr. Lindsay Metivier. I am the owner and sole operator of IMPROVE PT, LLC. I graduated with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. In addition to my degree in Physical Therapy, I also have a B.S. in Kinesiology and Exercise/Fitness Management through the University of Central Oklahoma and am an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist.

My mission is to make therapy efficient, effective, convenient, and most importantly patient-centered. I established IMPROVE PT to fulfill my vocation to my profession as a movement specialist and serve the people of my community with high-quality care. I hope to leave a positive impact in our world by helping people one by one.
my philosophy
I am a passionate therapist who believes not only in rehabilitation but in injury prevention and maximization of performance. I believe in providing individualized, patient-centered care and my ultimate goal is to give my patients autonomy and control over their own health to allow my patients an improved quality of life.
